In addition, when you make a reservation, we (and our financial service providers) collect personal data related to that reservation as necessary to process your request. The information collected includes payment details, including your credit/debit card number.

How long we store your data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. The length of time we retain your personal data depends on the nature of the data and the purposes for which we collect it.

Your personal data concerning the information relating to your navigation on the site and the promotional announcements which are diffused to you are preserved, in active base, for a duration of three (3) years as from your last activity on the site or on an electronic communication support (in particular an email). At the end of this period, your profile is considered "inactive" and is automatically deactivated.
